Grooving for ACP with Nano Rubber Plastic Fire-Resistance Core
The grooving methods for ACP with nano rubber plastic fire-resistance core are similar to those for normal ACP. Also, this panel is adapted to two kinds of high-strength grooving methods due to its special core material, as shown by the following picture:
By using big circular arc grooving cutter and flat-bottomed cutter, it can be made the high-strength right angle model with radius of 5mm.
By using 135°"V"type flat-bottomed cutter, it can be made the high-strength acute angle model with radius of 5mm.
c) Grooving for Metal Composite Panel
The high-strength right or acute angle over 45° containing an inner arc with radius of 5mm can be made by cutting off the inverse of the panel. Also, the level of its strength in folding line is very high.
